  1. Feb 11, 2018: So I’m a little bit behind on my listening but i just got here and i had a thought about the general amnesty given by Laura. I haven’t gone back to check, but i could have sworn that the Amnesty was specifically applied to everyone on a ship in the fleet and, at that moment, Balthar was on the Cylon ship… ergo, it didn’t apply to him. Granted, this is just the legal side of the argument, not the moral side (as presented by Lee), but y’all didn’t mention it. I’m pretty sure this is not only the case but it was explicitely mentioned at some point… anyway, still enjoying the listeining…

    1. Hey Stephen! Yes, this is my interpretation of that, too. A convenient loophole for Laura, who DEFINITELY went out of her way to phrase it as such specifically for the purpose of her anti-Baltar agenda.
